I ordered a Christmas Vacation holiday decoration set for $130 a week before Thanksgiving. It never arrived. And I have not received responses from customer service, besides one 3 weeks after the order saying
the item has not shipped out yet.

Multiple individuals have ordered ice machines from meschines.com and have not received them. They have advertisements on Facebook and Tik Tok. I saw their advertisement on TikTok. I have submitted multiple emails asking for a refund as my item was never shipped and have received no response. There is no phone number on their website, only an email. This website is stealing customers money and not shipping any product or responding to inquiries.
