I placed an order for 2 shirts May 29, 2020. I paid an extra $15 for rush shipping (as the site stated due to Covid shipping could be delayed). As of June 24, 2020 my items still shiw status "in progress", which it has stated since June 1st. The email provided by the company responds with automated message stating "they are experiencing delays due to the coronavirus" it even provides a phone number that states "they have cut back on calls due to the coronavirus". I requested to cancel order and that is when I got a response back by email. The response stated "they could not cancel due to my items being printed already". This response was on June 20th. My order still states in progress and I have yet to receive any shipment or refund.
