I received an email about participating in a secret shoppers program. A check from Pacific Premier Bank in the amount of $2,620 was sent to me. $2,000 which would cover 4 gift cards. And $620 to be my compensation for completing the secret shoppers evaluation. I tried to deposit the check through mobile deposit with my bank and the check was rejected since it’s counterfeit. I have uploaded a copy of the check.
