On or around 12/25/23 I ordered a pair of "Men's Moab 3 Mid Waterproof" Merrell shoes from a Facebook ad and to date I have not received them, nor did I ever receive a confirmation email about this order. I checked my online VISA credit card statement and confirmed that I was charged $36.97 for the shoes plus shipping on 12/26/23 by "THEODUO LEGGINS LLC." I also called the number on their "Contact Us" page in addition to sending several emails after my order.
