so basically i was looking to buy a pupoy and i came across this website and it sold it for only 500 , i honestly wished i did my research before purchasing from this website. It said everything will be free delivery. When it came to shipping they said i needed to pay 1000 jus for a crate ao i email the website and said how i wasn’t aware to pay this fee and i dont want the puppy may i get my refund back, they said they can’t refund me back when the website said 100% guaranteed money back. i told them how can i not get my money back if i will not be receiving a puppy at all and wasn’t aware i had to pay 1000 fee? i told them how jn going to file a police report to scare them and they never replied back to my emails. Then the airline place want to charge me 189 for each do i leave the puppy there and said how i can get in trouble for abandonment of my dog. How can i get in trouble if i never even received the dog. I did my research and alot of people went thru the same thing im going through right now and ended up losing alot of money for a dog they never got.
