The Address does not exist on its own. The location of where the address would be is the side of the Glendale Express Hotel.

The website is poorly made and there are no career openings.

The email is not addressed to me, has multiple sentence structure errors, and says "Based on your background and qualifications, we believe you could be a valuable addition to our team." which is interesting since there is nothing like this position or field of work on my resume.

Finally, I can't imagine that Merritt Properties (with the double r & t) - currently valued at $3B would allow Merit Properties to exist.
