Type of a scam Online Purchase

Stole my money

I purchased a total of $75.51 and I get a message it was delivered to me and it never made it to my doorstep. They had me go to a web site that shows is was delivered. After numerous emails with them I get an email from a watebed.com and not one from mereah.shop. I went to my local post office and they have never received the packIage. They want to resend the items to me and all I requested was my money back. Then they send me an email that they can return 65% of my money back, I feel if I agree to this I am admitting I did receive the stuff. I would like a full refund. I have email with this company and would like to know who I should talk to bring some type of action against them.

They posed as Bed, Bath and Beyond bankruptcy liquidators and sold many of the same items as the original store. I'm not sure how I came across the website.
