This vendor is well-known for claiming to have inventory, taking pre-orders, not filling pre-orders, and lagging on refunds. They are rated 'F' by the ScamPulse.com for this well-known practice.

They took my money for an order on 12/4/2024 (Daft Punk's Interstella 5555 Edition), gave no status updates until I followed up 2/13/2025 at which point they said it was still being fulfilled.

I asked for specifics and they responded with radio silence.

I followed up again 4/27/2025 asking for a cancellation/refund, and they cancelled the order but did not issue a refund as of 5/4/2025.

While their excuse is that 'they're waiting for the clearing houses to make inventory available,' that is an obvious lie because you can go to Discogs.com and find the same inventory for sale from other vendors at higher prices.

From what I've read in all the other reviews on them, their whole business model is to make you think you're getting a deal on a 'pre-order' that they're 'actively procuring,' when they're really just holding your money in escrow until they can get back stock that they can get on the cheap and resell.

Their scam backfires, however, when it's a niche popular product, like the one I ordered, because it's a limited edition in high demand that will never be in backstock. That means all they can do is make up excuses why they have no timeframe, no inventory, and likely never purchased it to begin with.

Seriously, don't fall for it! It's just wasted months of your time!

I ordered Christmas gifts on Dec 11 and I had to pay for my items immediately. No big deal, or so I thought. Most businesses don’t charge you until your order ship. Not these guys. My items never arrived. They never even shipped. In fact, when after I contacted them several times, I finally got a response and they told me they cancelled one of the items because of supplier issues. But, they failed to return my money. Who does that? I told them to cancel my other item and refund my money immediately. They responded and said it would be refunded withun 10 business days. Was it? NOPE!

They claim to ship out their records in up to 8 weeks. But do not refund the payment after that deadline. Their site is upper buggy after placing an order. The customer support provides generic platitudes as a response. My initial instinct is that this is a Ponzi scheme. They scam some people with records they don’t actually have and therefore can’t send, in order to buy other records to ship out for previous orders. At best. Or they’re scamming all their clients in the hopes that we’ll forget what we ordered after 8 weeks
