Our office received a call on 2/27/26 from someone claiming to work for merchant services from MerchantSvcInc.com and that our fees were over 2%, they asked we send a copy of our dec'25 statement to be reviewed, she asked that we email it with her on the line to be sure she received it and gave us a rate review reference code. I followed up 2 times via email to [email protected], and didn't receive any replies. We checked the ScamPulse.com website and sure enough we found quite a few complaints stating the exact same thing that happened to us.

Called merchantsvcinc.com and said that they could reduce our credit card fees and said that we needed to send them our credit card statements to confirm we were being over charged and they would get our rates reduced. They can be reached at [email protected].

Calls saying she's "Nancy" from merchant services at Merchantsvcinc.com and that we have overpaid on our CC processing fees. Moves very fast, talks quickly, and requests merchant statements showing fees paid.
