Called using details for our business using the company payment hub.com / merchant services and claiming we were due a back payment for fees of $850. Person on phone was female, overseas accent but had American name (Tayla? or Taylor?). Asked us to send to the email [email protected] a copy of our June online statement for proof of the credit not being on there. Spoke to me (admin) and when suggested to speak to the accountant said it was ok since I had access.
