Said our PCI compliance was not recognized by Mastercard/Visa even though we were compliant. Claimed that we might be owed money back. Did not know how often we had to run compliance or how our merchant services fees worked. Sounded somewhat legit, but Heartland and our PCI Compliance confirmed they are a scam.
