I was contacted about a "rebate that should have been on our statement." When the caller confirmed two different addresses and verified which account the rebate should be in, I was given a case number for the missing rebate. I was then asked to email the statement to [email protected], with the case number as the subject line, and I was asked what address it would be coming from. When I stated that our email "crashed and would need to wait a moment," the caller said it could be faxed.
