with false promises and a lack of customer service. I sent an email to [email protected] and have not receive a response from him as of November 25, 2023. A manager Derek calls me a month later well my vehicle still in their possession shares there is a hourly fee, and they need a total of four hours to inspect my vehicle. This information was never provided to me. Mercedes of Reno needs to take responsibility that they lied about their diagnostic fee. It’s a recorded conversation and no accountability is taken of there false promises. My vehicle has not been inspected thoroughly, and no responsibility is taken accountable nor the lack of fail promises and lack of customer service. I should’ve been listed on a waitlist for a loaner vehicle. They failed to apply me to the waiting list. Six weeks later, I cannot get confirmation, if my name was actually applied. Mercedes of Reno should try to work with me and correct their errors.
