I attempted to purchase a three month supply of a product from this company. They charge my credit card. The order was placed on 127 2026. It was supposed to be delivered by 21- 2026. I made contact several times via email trying to ask them to help me resolve the issue they would not respond. I never received the product.

I went on this website to purchase one of their product , as I made the payment with my credit card I received an email saying that my order was completed, 2 min after I received another email saying my order was updated to two products , which I never agreed to purchase.

I sent an email to the customer care , which took 4 business days to reply . They told me that now that the products had been shipped , no refund was possible and to send back what I didn't want in order to je refunded .

Now 2 weeks later I never received the products ...

So I got stolen 72 dollars having been forced into purchasing two of the same products.
