I was in the Instagram website and seen the advertisement for a self cleaning litter box from a company called Meow Cat, at the of cost $77.95, on May 5, 2023. I checked the ratings for it so I decided to order the litter box with an extra rolls of litter bags at the cost of $23.95. I ordered these two products with my debit card and received an order confirmation along with an order #, FA73360F4F, and the total amount for the items of $101.90, which was debited from my account in two separate transactions, $77.95 and $23.95 on May 9, 2023. I received a receipt which stated, " Your order has been successfully placed. Thank you for your purchase". I received a message on the website stating I would receive my purchase by May 10, 2023 or May 13, 2023. When I tried to contact the company via of email and phone I received no response. On May 24, 2023 this Meow Cat company charged my debit card another $77.95 for a product I never received. I then knew I was being scammed and that this company needed to be reported. I have since taken steps to recoup the funds I have lost including sending an email to the company again stating that I was charged twice for a purchase I never received on May 24, 2023, sent another email today June 1, 2023 at a 2nd attempt to get a refund. I also included in the email that I would take legal steps to recoup said funds.
