THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN COMMON CRIMINALS. BUT, YOU DO HAVE A RECOURSE. DOCUMENT ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM, AND SUBMIT A FRAUD CLAIM TO THE BANKING INSTITUTION YOU USED TO PAY THEM. MY BANK REIMBURSED ME IN MINUTES... AS THEY SENT A JACKET WITH THE SIZE TAG CUT OUT THAT WAS 6 SIZES TOO SMALL, THEN WANTED ME TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE FOR THEIR ERROR. DONT PLAY THEIR GAMES, REPORT THEM TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY. IT IS ALSO HELPFUL TO SEND THE LINKS TO THEIR BBB... TRUSTPILOT, AND GOOGLE REVIEW SITES

I am not sure this business is real they are not registered with the ScamPulse.com and they are very unprofessional. I ordered a suit on May 19, 2021. With 3-day shipping. First the tracking number said it would be delivered in 3 days on 5/22 then it was sent to New York from Los Angeles and now said it would be delivered on 5/28. I contacted the business they said they would look into and I had to reach out a few times and in that time I received no response and then on 5/28 it said my package would arrive at the end of the day on 5/29. The end of the day came and my package was sent to Florida! Now it says it will be delivered on 6/8/2021. I contacted them again and they said to send it back which I let them know I have not even received it and they said when I do to send it back. I asked for a return label and they keep just giving me the address to send it to. I let them know I would not be paying for shipping when I am not at fault and they did not honor what I ordered. I do not think this is a real business and I would like my money back how do I go about doing that?
