I made a two ring purchase and after the purchase I was emailed that there was an (unlisted) 45 day crafting time for one of the rings. They offered a refund if I was unwilling to wait, but I accepted the wait time. After almost 50 days I had received no word and reached out, in which they told me there was an additional two weeks waiting time due to COVID delays. Once again they did not contact me after that time had passed. A package was only shipped after I had emailed them again. When the package arrived it only had one of the rings, which wasn't even the one causing the delays and was also not exactly what I had ordered. I emailed them again and they said the delayed ring would be delivered in a week. Again, no delivery, and after another email they said there was another week of "fine processing". When I demanded a refund they said they had to "deduct the freight" and would not be able to give me a full refund. Lastly, the refund is supposed to take another week to arrive in my bank, so I am currently unaware of how much they are actually refunding, if any at all.
