I purchased a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. I added same day delivery. I made the purchase online. The flowers were never delivered. I emailed and have called the company at least 5 times since then requesting a refund and been assured I would be refunded every time. I have never been refunded. It turns out the company has no known storefront. I started to investigate and the woman, Cindy, who owns the business was charged with fraud in 2017. She was fined $130k and on parole for 5 years. It appears she started scamming people again shortly after her parole ended as reviews for her business consistently describe failure to receive the product purchased or very poor quality of the items purchased.
