The is a scam company. Order 200.00 worth of item 5 months ago and all I get is covid is causing delays. YOU BE BETTER BURNING THE AMOUNT YOI PLAN ON SPENDING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Don't buy any thing from them ever.
You will never get it and this companies web page should be shut down

Ordered on May 8, 2020. It is July 10, 2020 and I still have not received anything. I question the tracking. It says it’s been 3 hours from my house since June 8th. On June 30th it actually went back to a facility that it had already been to. Since then it has not moved. All they tell me it’s in transit.

My order disappeared as well never getting the whole order only one mask for 6.00$ out of my 75$ order. They do not respond to your ? and really don’t care if you get the masks or not! My suggestion do not order from them find made in USA only!?

We ordered over 75$ in one order for face masks and have only gotten 1 mask that cost 6.00$ in almost three months! This company does not respond when you write them to let them know our suggestion is to by made in USA only.

I ordered face mask from this company on April 12,2020 . I spent $127.00 I have been emailing this company about my merchandise and get no response from them. They sent me a order number that I can track with DHL. When I enter it , DHL states the order number doesn’t exists.

Ordered 2 face masks on April 17th--only got one mid May and that was only after I contacted customer support . I am still waiting for the second mask to arrive. Contacted customer support again, 2 weeks ago, never received a reply. Did live chat tonight and they disconnected the chat during my questioning and I was not able to reconnect. Please do not order from them!

On April 27 2020. I ordered 2 face masks and 10 replacement filters for $34.94. It Shipped from China on May 6.

According to them it was delivered to us on May 19. We did not receive it. I have tried on four occasions to communicate this with them. As far as they are concerned their involvement is done. I can't even get a United States Postal Service tracking number to contact the USPS.

We have no choice but to dispute charge with card company and hope for the best. I wish I had read the previous ratings on this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered face masks on 05/03 was told they shipped 05/15/2020. Was charged on 05/03/2020. Since have read all the poor/scam reviews. It doesn't seem anyone received their products. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

I order a few masks and they where never delivered. They sent a email with a tracking number but it didn't belong to any shipping USPS, FedEx UpS

I ordered my face mask around 3 weeks ago but I never received an email saying that my order was shipped and I tried to contact them and they completely ignore you.

Well it seems this is a reoccurring theme. Placed an order used credit card which was accepted as form of payment. Never received confirmation of order nor have I received any communication on shipment. Just ordered some mask and spent 75.00 for free shipping, but I believe this is a scam. Do not order from them read these comments and find what you need elsewhere.

Ordered just some regular masks and still waiting since April 15th. Glad I only spent $25. I am skeptical of all overseas purchases.

Let's see, ordered in March , 3 masks. Says package at lax, to clear customs. Still there. Fed ex has never gotten it. They have money and I have no masks. Great Chinese. Thank God I've gotten others. Keep them recording. Have you send their ads? Changed name too.

I ordered 5 masks in March 2020. This is May 14 2020 and never received them. The money was taken out of my account. 2 weeks later supposedly they were shipped. When I track the order it keeps telling me no information on this order. Check my tracking number
Can we get our money back. I'm sure this is a scam...

This company took payment On April 30 from my credit card and have not delivered the product I ordered or sent any information or receipt.

Same thing happened to me I put in my credit card info for the mask I go back to the site and it seems like I never paid . Like the items I ordered are still in a cart. I can’t prove this is a scam as for now because I haven’t had any money taken out my account yet but I’m definitely telling my credit card company to block this

I ordered an n95 mask and wanted to review the order disappeared. I had given my credit card info. I think this may’ve happened twice. I thought maybe I had not completed the first transaction a few days ago as I received no acknowledgement. I was foolish enough to try again, having forgotten the name of the company I’d ordered fyy try on before. This time I decided to check to see if it’s a scam and I deed it looks as if it may be

If it seems to good to be true... It usually is. That's why I looked up the website first. If medical workers can't get these masks, how would they be so readily available to Menisoo website? I hope you change your card number.
