Charges made every month to my credit card for merchandise which I did not order. When I contacted the merchant I was given a run around by the agent with no offer to credit back the erroneous charges.

I noticed a charge on my account that I didn't recognize. Visited the website & called the only contact #. A very rude woman called me names & hung up on me. I called back & got the same treatment from a man.

I had gotten an email from my bank stating that a transaction was declined from this website Menhauler.com due to my card being locked. Not knowing what this transaction was for and I never heard of this company before. So unsure how they got my account information. I’ve blocked them from my account/card so no further transactions will be taken out of my account.
