Email stated that I had won a tool set from Harbor Freight tool Co. All I needed to do was pay shipping and handling in the amount of 5.74 and verify address for delivery. This was done on 8/9/23 and on 8/10/23 it was debited from my checking account. On 8/13/23 67.32 was debited from my checking account for a membership which I didn't agree to. Luckily the bank account had a phone number and name: Ultimate Electronic EXPE and (855) 561-7029. I called and finally got the person to cancel the membership and refund me 70% (47.12) of the money back. I was also told that it was for chance to win a tool set (170 piece Stanley socket set) from Harbor Freight but I checked and Harbor Freight does not carry Stanley tools. I rechecked the email and it states that I had won and not pay for a chance to win.
