Memphis DME turned in two claims to my old Caresource insurance policy. The 4/11/26 claim was for $4,421.40 and the 4/15/26 claim was for $4,300.20. Caresource's EOB did not pay but says I will owe $8,571.60. I never used any Durable Medical Equipment at all. I do not owe this money. Whenever I try to call Memphis DME it just goes to voicemail. I am concerned how this company was able to find my insurance policy and the policy number. It is disconcerting to see an EOB that says I will owe $8571 for services I never received.
