I no longer have CareFirst blue Choice medical coverage, I now have Medicare for about a year. I received an explanation of benefits from CareFirst stating that Memphis DME LLC billed CareFirst 4,910.40 for medical equipment that I did not get. The charge was on May 27th 26th. I did not have CareFirst blue choice on this date of service because I changed to Medicare last year
