I ordered 6 bottles of a supplement to help with memory loss back in June of 2026, billed as a one-time payment to my Credit One credit card. Then August 4 there was a 149.00 charge on that same card under a name I was not familiar with, Nutrahealth DE, which I only assume the DE stands for Delaware. I called the merchant phone number in my Credit One credit card app and was given an email and an account number that was supposed to take care of the request for a refund. That email turned out to be bogus, it bounced back to my yahoo junk mail inbox.
