The company advertised a garden bed with trellis as a clearance item from Home Depot, Amazon, and other US companies. It stated that it was a “Discount Center” with “limited stock.” I ordered one on 03/24/2023, was given a tracking number and order confirmation. My credit card was charged $37.98 and when I received my credit card statement, it stated that these funds were sent to: PPP*ZONEREVELBCOM Hongkong 99. When I didn’t receive my item, I checked my email receipt which stated if there were questions to contact: [email protected]., which I did and was told my item was delivered on 04/07/2023. I explained that I did not receive the garden box but did receive sunglasses that day but had no idea where they came from, but I didn’t order the sunglasses because I cannot wear sunglasses. We have been going back and forth with emails with me consistently telling them that I either want the garden box or a refund. I found out that their company was where the sunglasses came from. The company said the sunglasses were about the same value as the garden box and offered to make these sunglasses an even exchange for the garden box. I consistently told them NO. I wanted the garden box or a refund and I did not want the sunglasses. After nearly a month, I have received neither. The company has offered me a 10%, 20%, 30%, and lastly 40% refund and the sunglasses! I believe this is fraudulent advertising and certainly a fraudulent business transaction.
