This company is using the Covid-19 as a way to keep your money if you cancel, and issue a credit voucher that cannot be used anywhere. They provide invalid codes for tickets, Sam's club membership among other things. They refuse to issue a full refund, and after several hours on the phone was told it could take up to 90 days for the refund to be issued. Report this business for fraudulent activities so others are not scammed like us.
