I reached out to the puppy "breeder" on their website inquiring to purchase a pomsky. They replied back and said he was available and answered questions back and forth. Paypal, Apple Pay, Credit Cards weren't working so they asked for a Walmart giftcard for purchase price of $650. I agreed to send $325 at time of shipping and $325 when the puppy arrived. Once at shipper, breeder stated they needed the remaining balance with the shipping company to pay for transport. I sent the remaining balance on a Walmart Giftcard. Puppy was due to arrive today and shipping company started asking for another $400 for a heated crate before they could move the puppy beyond IA. Breeder even provided a shipping company website and tracking number.
