I ordered it on August 9th 2022. After 2 weeks I asked for a update. They told me it was preparing to ship. After a month they tell me it's taking longer than usual. 2 weeks after that I asked for status they said customs denied it. They were to try again they never did so I asked them for my refund that was in October they said 7-10 business days. I asked again in November no response so I tried again today now there is no record of that email address. I want my money
