There was an album preorder that was released in April of 2023, preorder release was pushed from January to February, to April. There have been countless attempts at email, and social media to get definitive answers as to the status of the order. In May we were told two weeks before the shipping was done, There are countless users on their instagram page expressing frustration for orders from them for a year or even more. There have been no updates past an instagram post on May 12th that stated the orders would be shipping. To my understanding from research no one who ordered other than stores have received their copy. These can now be found on second hand sites and the company producing them hasn’t and frankly will not send orders to their customers.
