I purchased a dress from their website. I received a counterfeit item mimicking the item I thought I was purchasing. The item I received was a synthetic piece of cloth with threads hanging from it. This company claims it is based out of Charleston, South Carolina. It is actually based in China. I did some more research and they have been known to scam customers. Their website states that they have a return policy, however they are not accepting any returns. Additionally, I did have a couple fraudulent transactions with the credit card I used after April 1st, when I initially purchased this item. I did not know that this could have possibly been related at the time. I have since shut down this credit card. Please investigate this company, for they have scammed many people. Thank you.
