I ordered an item on March 17 Item was hand delivered to me. I had expected the delivery in 3 to 4 days. Item was received on March 24 I opened the box that was properly sealed not tampered with and took out the gift box and handed it to my wife we were both at the front door when item was delivered. She opened the gift box that had a red ribbon and looked very nice. When she opened the gift box there was nothing inside except a silica pack. Item was missing.

I called and left a message on their voicemail asking for someone to call me. No call back.

I wrote an email and they responded with an apology and said that the item would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. And was given a 25% discount toward a future purchase. This is totally unacceptable and I wrote back to tell them I want full credit for my purchase. No response

I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint.

If I would have seen all these other complaints I would of thought twice about buying anything from this store.

There is absolutely no customer service. Stay away
