I had applied for a remote data entry clerk position for Melillo Motors Inc. on ZipRecruiter on July 24, 2025. I was then sent a text message from Jenny Rovah on July 27th (phone number: 6786207609) to reach out to a hiring manager by the name of Regan Knight on a messaging app called Signal. The next day July 28th I was sent an email with employment documentation including a job offer contract, direct deposit form, I-9, & a W-4. I found it odd that I was offered a job without even being formally interviewed or even speaking on the phone with anyone so I started to do extensive research. After about an hour, I finally searched the 2 numbers I have receiving messages from and came across a post on the ScamPulse.com website of a person that went through a pretty similar situation. Please be careful giving out your information and do your research.
