I ordered a pair of mid heel wedge sandals (tan and size 8) from Melarey Boutique through their website which I found on facebook. I made the purchase for $46.94 on February, 22 2023. They also deducted 80 cents from my checking account for out of country fee. The information on my bank account showed that the money went to Yolanda from Hong Kong, China. I never received tracking information, an email or any replies when I emailed them. I never received the merchandise.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website. The shoes that were advertised were not the same shoes that arrived. When the package arrived the sender label came from New Jersey however the company wants me to pay for shipping back to China in order to receive a refund. All I want to do I send my shoes back to get my refund, however they are giving me the run around making me pay for the expensive label to China. I included a photo of the shoes that I received. As you can clearly see they are not the ones advertised on their website.
