I placed the order on Nov 12th. Shipping label was created Nov 16th but hasn’t updated as of Nov 30. Have exchanged multiple emails with them but they stopped responding 2 days ago. Emails are generic and only offer discount on future orders and reship the original order if not received in the next 3-5 days. They sent that over a week ago and have since stopped responding to my emails.

They did not honor their return policy for detective items. Charges are for Yolanda in Hong Kong.
