I came across this fraudulent business via Instagram. I was redirected to the website (Melanin Poppin’ Cases) once I decided to purchase. I made my purchase on July 1, 2020 and received an email from some on July, 3, 2020 stating their name was “Nia Hill.” On their bogus website they ask for a tracking number to locate your order, but you are not provided a tracking number once you place your order. I have not heard anything from anyone since the first email. I have sent multiple emails to the address they have listed and emailed me using- [email protected]. I am very cautious about ordering online. I looked into the website and read the, what I now know to be fake reviews, and believed they were a legitimate business- THEY ARE NOT AND HAVE DEFRAUDED A LOT OF PEOPLE!!! Stay away from them!!! They should be investigated and penalized for their activity. Unfortunately, I do not have a physical address or telephone number.
