I emailed the company about not recieving my product ordered on 3/3.

I have yet to receive my shower curtain. There has been no communication other than a confirmed order email. If you could enlighten me on the location of my curtain, I would appreciate it.

It's 5/3 and after several emails the company still has not sent product nor my refund. My bank ask me to come in and file a complaint as I will have to get a new card for theft.

I saw shower curtains and bathroom rugs in an Instagram Ad. and decided to make an online purchase with this company. The estimated delivery date said 5-14 business days. After 3 weeks I still did not receive my order. Each time I inquired using the customer service email they provided I received a generic response with an invalid tracking link. Fast forward to 2 months later and several failed attempts to make contact with this merchant, I still do not have my order but my card was debited for the order amount 2 days after I made the purchase.

The site offered it never delivered bogus tracking information and location.

I purchased a shower curtain from the website that never came. l've emailed the company multiple times with no response. I was emailed a false tracking number as well. As I tried harder to reach out to the company all of a sudden I'm blocked from everything and they are no longer a business. At the point, all I want is my money back.
