An individual messaged me on Facebook in reply to a pocketbook I had for sale. She requested that we use the cash app for the transaction. At first, she was willing to pay $200 for the purse when the asking price was $150. After several conversations with her and with the Better Business Bureau I found out it was a scam. She basically wanted me to give her $800 so she could pay me $200 and upgrade my cash app account from an individual account to a business account. I sent the purse to her, but I also filed an intercept form to retrieve it. she went by the name of Joy Radford.
