I ordered a garden/bench from an on line ad. I received a tool pouch two month later. When I contacted the seller inquiring about the bench he replied that he could not replace the item, but offered me a 20% refund for an item I purchased but did not receive. The return address on the Pouch was Anna, 2805 El Segundo Blvd., STE. 1&3, Hawthorne, CA 90250. I suspect this person knew nothing about the original order as it also said on the label "Change service requested."

I have 2 more pages of correspondence from the seller, but your space allowed for only the first page.

In research complaints on this item I found many, many more.
