I bought a peach tree that was supposed to be shipped from America. Immediately the shipping came from China and they shipped me a dead stick through UPS. When I reached out through email, the email address bounced. The chat took a week to reply and only gave me directions on how to plant a tree. I have asked for a refund more than 5 times through the chat since I have no other way to contact them.
