A caller with a very strong (barely understandable) accent called my elderly mother and she thought they were calling from Medicare and offering help for her arthritis problems. She had trouble understanding them and they kept telling her she could get free help from Medicare. She finally hung up on them. Thank heavens they didn't get to the point of asking for personal information.
