February 24th, I placed an order with Megs Organx to receive some skincare products. After weeks of receiving no updates on my order, I emailed and direct messaged her on Instagram. She responded a day later saying she was returning to work, after a week long vacation, and would be responding to all emails the same day. I still received no update on my order. After waiting almost an entire month, I decided to take my concerns to social media, where she then responded. She stated she sent out all orders before she left and would send a replacement. However, if she sent my order, I would’ve received a tracking number. That should’ve been communicated via the email I initially sent, inquiring about my package, instead she ignored me. I expressed to her I did not want a replacement and that I wanted my money back immediately. She neither confirmed nor denied she would provide me with my refund. She stole her customers money, and utilized the funds for her vacation with no intent to communicate/respond to her customers. When responding to her customers, she’s extremely disrespectful, insensitive, and carries a sense of entitlement, as if she’s not operating a business.
