Placed an online order with this Company called Megaency on April 7th and have never received ANY items. These items were ordered for a special event being held on May 19-21, 2023. My Credit Card was charged and but I NEVER received the dresses. I guarantee you it wasn't delivered - not even to my State !!! I have documentation, email conversations with various reps that state they'll get it do me. It was setup to be signed for upon delivery but no one in my residence (or neighborhood or post office) signed for it. I've been EXTREMELY PATIENT with this company and have tried to be civll. I asked the company to provide what address it was delivered to but they won't. I have the various tracking numbers used (www.track674 & 678.com) but none show where the products supposedly were delivered. They continuously say that their "logistics company" which is unnamed shows it to be delivered. This company is a Scam and needs to be investigated.
