I purchased a ticket 1/24/17.@ 1:25am..I waited for the bus it never showed up at the stop..I was stuck at the bus station for 8 hours..Megabus does not open till 6:30am..When I called the lady lied and said the bus came and my money could no be refunded..I was here at 12:30am...Waited till 6:30am to call and they lied and stole my money which is unfair .They were rude and kept hanging up in my face when I asked for my refund and they kept hanging up the phone...This business needs to boycotted
