Double scam. The online seller is a fake and after taking my money thru PayPal (they demanded I designate the transfer as payment to friends or family) they gave me a link to a fake shipping company (counterfeit EMS company) and a fake tracking number…. When I never received the product I called the “company” by what I realized was a burner number.. and the dude at the shipping number who sounded like the seller (same strong non USA accent) told me I would need to pay him via cash app a total of $620 additional “refundable” insurance on top of the $290 for the item purchase or else I wouldn’t receive it. Then the seller asked me to send him that insurance money so he could “drive to the agency” to pay them. When I realized I was scammed and of course refused to pay the additional money he began to harass me then he began threatening me. Oh he was also asking for personal information so apparently they were also trafficking in phishing. The threats constitute blackmail.
