I have been dealing with this problem of fees being charged to me since April of 2018. PPO tells me in order to collect my Mega Star Prize I am required to pay a fee. Then they state that this is the last fee I will need to pay and they will deliver my prize (which I never get)and then I hear a few days later that I am required to pay another fee. It just goes on and on with the fees and promises that this it the end and it never is. They have contacted me again and I want to know if this is legitimate or not.
