I received an e mail stating I won 19,500,000.00 million dollars. They claim to be from Mega Millions/Publishers Clearing House. In order to collect the money I needed to pay a processing fee of 19,000 dollars. I don't have 19,000 dollars so he said I could pay 1000.00 dollars and he would arrange a loan for 18,000 dollars to release the prize. I have three names.

He is expecting me to call and tell him I mailed 1,000 Dollars (today Oct 23 2020) by UPS then he will get a loan for 18,000 dollars to release the prize to me.
