Claimed his name was Stanley Morgan his badge number is 4652360. I had won 3.5 million dollars and he was personally going to bring it to my house, he already had my address. He was to arrive by 4:00 PM and I was to have a $400.00 vanilla gift card ready for him with a pin number 3690 set up when he arrived. He had a foreign accent but spoke English very well. He also stated they were giving away 30 prizes in Idaho.
