I received a letter stating that I won the Mega Million Lottery Draw in Australia. My claim # was OBC/VC/0999/171 and I was to pay $450 to receive my $2.5 million. I was to Pay through [email protected]. The letter was signed by Dr. Jerry Smith Foreign Service Manager with Eliabeth Maques General Secretary. The OBC number brings up a document on the internet for the same lottery winning using different names in the letter. the phone number is 011 34 4602563434. I have been sending money to the Australian Lottery (AIWC) over the last few years and have paid app. $2000. I do not know if the two are connected. I did not lose money for the Draw as I contacted the ScamPulse.com and found out it was a scam
