No Response when I sent them an email.

I brought a product from they sent me the wrong one.
So I sent them an email saying that I will send this one back in return for the right 1.
I need a Samsung Galaxy S20 Note Ultra 5g otter box but Instead I got a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G otter box wich doesn't fit my phone.
I still haven't got a reply and I sent them an email 3 days ago.
It's still in the box.
I don't know why they aren't replying back.
As you see in the picture, there is no damage to the packaging.

They started trying to take $95 and change off of my cash app card twice. I've never heard of them or been on their website or anything. So how did they get my card info?

It is all hoax. I am also it's victim. They ask you to transfer money and then would in the pretext of some or the other thing, will say that you will have to pay more, then and then only it will reach to you. They are everywhere on Alibaba. I believe it harms the reputation of Alibaba. Alibaba should verify them and then only should provide them the opportunity to do business.

This person Fernando Aries claims to be an authorized electronics dealer offering discounted prices on all types of electronics, cell phones, TVs, etc....He claims to be in Austin Texas where the provided address doesnt exist. He only will accept Wire transfers, westrn union, etc...I found him on Alibaba.com and he has a whats app number from Alabama. He has fake certifications but when asked for a copy of his business license or tax ID he blocked me.
