Ordered product. Payment was immediately taken from account. Waited 4 weeks before emailing them the 1st time and they told me it would be shipping soon. Waited another 2 weeks and still did not receive product. Moved to a new house, in town, and filled out a forwarding form with post office. The item was not forwarded but sent back to company at some point. I emailed again inquiring as to it's whereabouts ... company told me to check with post office. Post office told me to check with company. Eventually the company told me they had it (after the third month of waiting for it) and they had paid for return shipping but would like me to pay another shipping fee to have it sent to me. I requested a refund. They again asked me to pay for shipping fee. I have now requested a refund from them on at least 3 different occasions and have yet to receive it.
